We ship via multiple couriers including Australia Post DHL and Sendle 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

If you find you need to change something within your order please email us at info@rubianaaccessories.comwithin 2 hours of the order being placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you find your item faulty please contact us asap at info@rubianaaccessories.com with pictures, original order number and what is wrong and we will do everything we can to fix this up for you.

If you make a claim on a faulty item which is deemed not faulty once arrived back you will be responsible for reshipping costs to recover the item and no refund will be processed.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND?

Please contact us within 24hrs from when you placed your order as we allow several days for processing. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, shipping can take up to two weeks after processing as we have specific processing and dispatching days.  

 HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL and AFTERPAY.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left our suppliers warehouse they are then the property of Australia Post or other courier companies. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at info@rubianaaccessories.com with the name on the order and the order number.

 

RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns, we can offer store credit (minus shipping costs) once the item/s have been returned in the condition they arrived (unopened, tags attached etc). 

We do offer replacements if you receive a faulty item where the item does not do what it is suppose to do.
